Maintaining a healthy life style these days can be a bit of a challenge, with all the many responsibilities, pressures, problems and a myriad of other things that we face on a daily basis, but the truth is that staying healthy really comes down to one thing: a personal decision
If you don’t think its important to exercise right, eat right, sleep right, work during work hours and learn to knock off for the day (just do it) then you´ re headed for trouble, let me tell you right now that it simply isn’t worth it not to strive to stay healthy.
The amount of time you spend taking better care of yourself will pay off big time in the future, look at it this way would you rather spend 1/2 an hour exercising every day and prolong your useful life by many years, depending on how much effort you put into it, or simply sit back and work yourself to the bone and die rich but still young because you’ve got some stress related disease or heart condition because you didn’t think it was important to get out and take a walk, or you simply didn’t care what you dumped into your body and developed diabetes or what have you.
It doesn’t take much to stay healthy, and the earlier you start the better, start slowly modifying your habits and you will develop a healthier lifestyle, increasing your life span, you will look better feel better and as a result you will be more successful in whatever you do.
